Fête de fin de saison
Nous vous rappelons que la fête de fin de saison se tiendra le 11 septembre. Durant cette grande fête tous les enfants recevront une médaille ou un trophée. Voici quelques détails importants :
BRACELETS : Pour participer à la fête, tous les joueurs et les membres de leur famille doivent porter un bracelet que nous distribuerons sur le terrain de soccer mercredi 25, jeudi 26, lundi, 30 et mardi 31 août, de 18h00 à 19h30. Seuls les membres de la famille immédiate ont droit [WINDOWS-1252?]d’accès à la fête. Les bracelets perdus peuvent être remplacés au coût de 5$ pièce. Ceux qui n'auront pas pu se procurer leurs bracelets [WINDOWS-1252?]d’avance pourront les obtenir à l'entrée le jour de la fête, à partir de 9h45.
Seules les personnes avec bracelet seront admises sur le site. Les organisateurs réservent le droit de refuser [WINDOWS-1252?]l’accès au site pour toute personne non éligible ou qui se comporte de façon inacceptable.
PHOTOS : Nouveau cette année, NH Photographes a pris toute une série de photos des joueurs, photos d'équipe et photos individuelles en action. Les photos individuelles seront en vente sur le terrain le jour de la fête. Argent comptant SVP.
PLUIE : À noter qu'en cas de pluie la fête sera reportée au lendemain (dimanche 12 sept). Consultez le site internet pour tout avis. Amener vos chapeaux et votre crème solaire.
PRIX DE PRÉSENCE : Nous sommes à la recherche de prix de présence. Les portent ouvrent à 9h45
TOUS les joueurs reçoivent une médaille (un trophée pour l'équipe qui a gagné le tournoi). La remise des médailles et trophées débutera à 10h00 en commençant par les plus jeunes.
TOUS LES JOUEURS DOIVENT PORTER LEUR UNIFORME

End of season party
WRISTBAND : To attend the end-of-the-season party, all players and members of their immediate family need to have a wristband which will be distributed August 25, 26, 30 and 31st on the soccer field, from 6pm to 7:30pm. Only players and their immediate family will be allowed to attend the party. Lost wristband can be replaced for 5$ a piece. If you did not pick up your bracelet for access to the site, you may pick it up at the gate as of 09:45 the day of the party. The organizers reserve the right to refuse entry to any person not eligible to attend the soccer party or not behaving in an appropriate manner.
PHOTOS
New this year! NH Photographers has taken many pictures of players, individual action shots and team pictures. NH Photographers is pleased to offer each player a team picture at no charge. Additional individual pictures will be for sale at the party. Cash payment ONLY.
RAIN
In case of rain, the party will be postponed to Sunday. Any change will be posted on the website. Currently the weather report calls for a lovely day. [WINDOWS-1252?]Don’t forget your hat, sun screen and beach umbrellas! Table umbrellas are unfortunately not available this year.
DOOR PRIZES : We are looking for someone or a company willing to donate something (soccer balls, team jerseys, Canadiens or Impact tickets, etc.) as a door prize. Please contact us a.s.a.p. (ids@socccerverdun.com)
SCHEDULE
Doors open at 9:45
Each and every player will receive a medal (a trophy for teams that win the championship). Medal distribution starts at 10:00, starting with the youngest divisions.
All players must wear their uniform
- lunch around noon
- games and activities until 3.30 pm
